Shipping Terms

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays that occur during transit.

You also agree that we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. However, if a shipment is confirmed lost after a reasonable period due to the fault of a third-party carrier, a replacement may be issued on a case-by-case basis. In such situations, you agree to cooperate with any investigation or claims process required to resolve the issue with the carrier.
