You are welcome to return items that you no longer want, provided the return complies with the conditions outlined below. Customers shopping online are given a return period of thirty days, during which items may be sent back for either a refund or an exchange. This period begins from the date the order is placed.
There is no charge for returns, as return shipping is provided free of cost.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be sent back in their original condition. This means they must be unused, undamaged, and free from any marks or residues such as makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear. All original tags, ribbons, and attached labels must remain in place. Every returned item will be carefully inspected upon arrival at the warehouse, and items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected. Hygiene seals or labels must also remain intact; if these are removed or missing, the return may not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged or becomes damaged while being tried on, customers should contact customer support before sending the item back so that the issue can be assessed and resolved appropriately. For products that include multiple parts, such as sets or bundled items, all components must be returned together in a single package. These will be reviewed by the quality control team before any refund is issued. If parts of a set are missing, the return may be refused. Any specially packaged or decorated items must also be returned in their original packaging.
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety considerations. These include items such as nipple covers, underwear pieces like briefs and thongs, socks, face coverings, sleep masks, headbands, earmuffs, hair accessories, gym-related equipment, seasonal costume items, and reusable drink containers. Swimwear can be returned, but only if the hygiene protection label remains attached and undisturbed.
Once a return is accepted, the outcome may be a refund or an exchange, depending on eligibility and stock availability. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the requested replacement item is out of stock. Non-returnable products are not eligible for any form of return or exchange. All returned items must still fall within the allowed return period and meet all stated requirements. Exchange items are shipped using standard delivery, and a confirmation email will be sent once the replacement order has been processed.
Returns are typically processed within twenty business days after they are received, provided there are no issues with the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
A fair use policy is in place to ensure responsible use of the returns system. Unusual or suspicious return behavior may be monitored. If there is evidence of misuse, such as repeated questionable claims, excessive returns, or indications that items have been worn extensively before being returned, the account may be restricted or refunds may be declined. In more serious cases involving fraudulent activity, accounts and associated profiles may be blocked. Fraudulent behavior also includes attempts to return items that were not originally purchased, or submitting incorrect items for return. Legal action may be taken in such situations.
Returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive safely at the warehouse. Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Proof of postage should always be retained in case tracking or verification is required. The company is not responsible for items returned in error. If an incorrectly sent item is recovered, additional shipping costs may be required for its return. Each order must be returned separately, as combining multiple orders in a single parcel may result in processing delays or rejection of the return.
